A dark amber beer with a small fast disappearing head. The aroma is weak but slightly sweet. The flavor is wheaty (?) - too sweet and boring. All in all an average beer. joergen (29789) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2005

14th July 2010. Bottle at Brew Wharf. Clear dark brown beer. Good white head. Fresh palate - a little dry and quite crisp. Even minerally malt. Would be a boring beer but the crisp palate which has a real carbonated sting in the finish keeps some interest. cgarvieuk (26604) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 5, 2007

Bottled, had it as Carlow Molings Traditional Red Ale. Reddish brown colour. Hoppy aroma, with hints of fruits. Very fruity and fresh taste. Smells more than it tastes though. Pretty much carbonation. omhper (26031) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2002
