COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Pours black with a thinner dark tan head that doesn’t last long at all. The aroma is heavier in roasted malts, though there is healthy amount of both chocolate and coffee. The taste is very dry with a bitterness that seems to intensify the more you drink. I get a lot of roasted malt and grain in the taste, with minor chocolate coming in at the end. The aftertaste is a short, weak chocolate that leaves you with a lingering grainy bitterness. Light in body, thin in texture, and soft carbonation. I was expecting much more out of this one.

This is my first post. Hi everyone! Dark, almost completely black with generous head. I loved the head. Bready. Roasted aroma. Medium bodied. Low to medium carbonation. Creamy, bland, plain, bitterness at the end. I liked it. Don’t often drink stouts. There is a badge on Untappd if you try it till St. Patrick’s.

Pint poured at craft beer market in Calgary. Pours black with a creamy beige head. Smells like malt. Tastes creamy with a slight bitter finish. Easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rating #2383 - 2016.03.18 - Sample at Grape Escape. Dark, black pour with a nice tan cap. Aroma is earthy, coffee roast notes. Taste is a hint of coffee, and some dry toast. Finishes rather mild.

Pours black with a light tan head and minimal lacing. The taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate and light bitterness. Great amount of flavour for a 4.3% abv.

Not a fan of dry sotuts, but this one is quite decent, deep smooth roasted malts all the way, some smoke, coffee, bit metallic. Light sweet with light bitterness, dry finish. Something not working for me in overall balance, but decent
