COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2017 Keg at Beerdock Leek. A deep ruby to black colour with a creamy tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malts, some coffee, slight caramel and subtle smoky wood. Taste of milk chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, slight smoky wood, a hint of tart dark fruits and subtle caramel. Light bodied but a smooth texture. A dry, subtley tart, woody, roasted bitterness in the finish. An interesting Irish Dry Stout, looks and feels great, silky smooth as expected. Has some lovely, unique flavours. A little charcoal, a hint of tart fruits and roasty malts. Really good, keeps me coming back for more.

On tap at Rogue Wetbar on W Broadway in Vancouver. A black beer with generous and creamy tan head; the creaminess indicating it's served on nitrogen. Confirmed by bar staff.

The creaminess carries over to the mouth feel. Delicious roasted barley malts with chocolate notes. Low bitterness. Lovely! 3.9
