COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout has a robust flavour with a ful bodied and smooth mouth feel. The roast flavours lead to a dry espresso like finish. A generous addition of fuggles hops lead to a tart bitterness which mingles with the roast espresso flavours on the tongue.

Might have to re-rate after my sickness is gone. Smells wonderful -- taste and palate is closer to Guinness Extra Stout than drought. Nice and dry and smoky with lots of roasty hops flavor -- but not too much to overwhelm the cocoa and coffee.

Pours black with a light tan head and minimal lacing. The taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate and light bitterness. Great amount of flavour for a 4.3% abv.

Not a fan of dry sotuts, but this one is quite decent, deep smooth roasted malts all the way, some smoke, coffee, bit metallic. Light sweet with light bitterness, dry finish. Something not working for me in overall balance, but decent

medium aroma - slightly roasted malt, caramel, some slightly fermented fruits, earthy and old wooden cask smell, yeasts. medium taste, rather watery and a bit dry - slightly roasted malt, caramel, black bread’s crust, pleasant hop’s bitter, some dark chocolate. quite a bit mild (for a stout) and watery, but good!

(draught) deepest black colour with a creamy beige head. aroma of toasted malts and dark chocolate, rather generic, with some notes of treacle and brown sugar. flavour is mostly dark chocolate and toasted malts, with some light soy sauce, a hint of green phenols and butterscotch in the light roasted-bitter finish. heavy-bodied with soft carbonation.
