COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Bland packaging. The beer is nice. But nothing you haven’t tasted before. Typical IPA beer. Does the job haha....

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops, flowers, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, flowers, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Appearance: Blurry deep golden/orange colour; small but nice head. Aroma: Excellent fragrance of flowers, grass, hops, somehow dusty… Palate: Medium body; Light carbonation. Taste: Bread, malt, hint of caramel; Moderate bitterness with more bitter aftertaste. Overall impression: Excellent, tasty beer for daily enjoyment.

330 ml bottle. Best before 28.11.2016. :) Pours clear deep golden amber colour. Bubbly instant-fading white head. Low carbonation. Aroma: herbal hops, sweetish malts, honey, wormwood. Flavour is dead hops, grass, candy, malts. Sorry, but it seems to be a waste of money.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear dark golden with a white head. The aroma is hoppy with grassy and herbal notes and malty - dried fruits, honey, solvent. Medium body with a low carbonation a light sweetness and a light to medium bitterness. The flavor is malty with sweet grains, dried fruits and some hoppy bitterness.

500ml bottle between three on an Irish tasting evening at home on 11th Nov 2016. Pale golden orange with a decent sized white crown on each glass. Citrusy leanings throughout, grapefruit esters in the nose, lemon and grapefruit in the flavour. Not really my thing, fed up with light golden citrus flavoured brews to be honest. Scored objectively.

Bottle, picked up in Ireland at Ellen’s wedding. Light golden colour, quite a clean, basic malt bill. Dry. Quite hoppy, kind of generic crafty c hops, but decently bitter and a bit citrusy. A little over fizzy for me. Some slightly fruity yeasty notes, I don’t mind that. Simple but enjoyable pint.

Bottle on holiday. Pours light orange-amber. Slightly cloudy with foamy head. Overpoweringly bitter and without nuanced aroma but somewhat citrus aftertaste.
