Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops.

Clean barley taste with a bit of cream on the open and a clean bittered finish. Avoids being overbittered. Built very simply, but balanced well. As coarse as the style can be without taking a turn for the worse. Very carefully constructed. Buttery, actually.

Hazy golden colour, with a creamy medium head, long retention, good lace. Aroma of tropical fruits, resins, peaches, grapefruits, flowers, ripe fruits. Medium body and silky texture, Average carbonation. Taste of citrics, grapefruits, peaches, caramel herbs.

Bottle bought in Rome. Yellow/orange with an off-white head. Very earthy, hoppy aroma with light flowery notes. Caramel malt and lots of dirty hops in the flavour. Quite a harsh beer. Not for me.

Tap. Amber, slightly hazy, with a big white head. Grainy, toffee, with light fruits. Rather dry, medium bitterness. Creamy medium body, soft carbonation.
Alright, but a bit generic.

Bottled 0,50L. Dirty yellow and pale orange color, intence cramy head with optimal bubbly aspect. Soft yeasty aroma with notes of cereals dry grass and pungent nose. Round and solid alcoholic mouth, medium prickly taste with good bitterish final of long duration. Thanks to Andrea P. For this one.

50cl bottle from Simply Market, 4.20€, relatively expensive. Orange color, almost clear, some particles, nice big rocky white head. Aroma of pale malts and citrus hops, herb, resin, light fruity (pineapple, passionfruit). Taste is sweetish balanced with some sourness and proper bitter aftertaste. Medium body, dusty texture, soft to average carbonation, smooth finish. Nice pale ale

Bottled. Part of a beer bag I got for birthday. Many thanks. Overall this a very good beer in terms of fresh hop aroma, bityer and malty taste and a fine malty and a bit sour hops finish. Any time again!
