UPDATED: SEP 5, 2015 bottle Exactly how a pale ale should taste like very hoppy beautiful golden color, Strong flavours of bread, grass, citrus and an aftertaste that his zesty and fresh. Leaves a nice and hoppy aftertaste in the mouth that is very powerful and flowery. My other top beer O’Hara’s beer. seoneill (1) - IRELAND - JUL 29, 2012 does not count

Keg& bottles, regular.Dry hopped for extra aroma, this pale ale has a light malt base with just the right mouthfeel to allow the hop character to predominate. Grapefruit like bitterness is full and lasting and is balanced by a zesty citrus burst of aroma from two late additions of cascade hops. beerfest5 (1207) - Cloneen, IRELAND - MAR 13, 2011
absolutely delicious, hoppy in the aroma and flavor, very reminiscent of sierra nevadas pale ale, or stones pale ale, west coast in the color and flavor. floral and citrusy with a little grapefruit. very easy to drink, and the direction this brewer should be going in, very good for irish micro brewing. sinfull (1847) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - OCT 30, 2013
Golden color with average white head. Beautiful aroma of hop , herbs and citrus . Taste is bitter and floral. Pleasant hops bitterness in aftertaste. Very good beer.
