Amber colour,, small head witih medium retention and minimum lace.
Aroma of caramel and red fruits, bust mostly lime and sulphur.
Medium body, with thick textures and averages carbonation. Astringent finish.
Taste is somewhat medicinal, with red fruits and caramel. Sulphur.
Sorry, but I can’t nothing exceptional in this one to make me repit it.

Originally rated on 12/18/08. An irish red but it had a brown body? a thick tan cap that quickly disappated. Aroma: yeast aromas are the most noticeable. At lower levels, there is some nuances of bread crust, caramel, bread, roasted malts, cocoa.
Appearance: deep amber color with medium-to-high head thickness. Beige foam made of small-to-medium sized bubbles. No hazyness. Low-to-medium retention. Low Brussels’ lacing.
Taste: medium sweetness, low bitterness, no sourness. Flavors of bread crust, caramel, burnt caramel, roasted malts, yeast, bread, cocoa, grains.
Palate: light-to-medium body, watery texture, low carbonation, short quite bittersweet finish with flavors of bread crust, roasted malts, caramel, yeast, bread.

On tap. Pours deep mahogany with long lasting, thick head. Nice hoppy aroma with hints of coffee and roasted malts. The same notes appear in taste, but the mouthfeel is quite watery. Short finish, light body and therefore it’s easily drinkable.
