"i’ve had it when it was drinkable, and at other times quite skunky. otherwise, typical macrobrewed pee pee water...maybe a touch above average, but that’s about it. Don’t buy."

Pours out of the bottle in a clear light golden colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste of hops, grass, citrus, grains and flowers, Citrus finish with some malty hints. Drinkable but not that nice.

Simple as it can be but still that one you enjoy all over the football world. Had it in different football stadia in the UK and it was how it was. Bit pissy with some malt and straw. Easily to drink and quite low in the back. Always love that bit of citrus upfront. And still way better than some more "sophisticated" Lagers like Oranjeboom etc. you get in the UK. Thumbs up !

Can a friends house. Colour is yellow. Smell is sweet and grainy. Taste hay and a bit watery.

Light malt and hops aroma, golden colour, between a rocky and frothy white head, quite watery. Boring and below average!

jjsint (3429) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 30, 2014
Tap @ Cricketers Arms, Bedford. Lager yellow, full carbonation and small white head. Aroma of light lemon and raw grain. Taste is sweet softened by bitter in the finish. As macro lagers go, this isn’t actually a bad beer! Lager bores me but if I’m ever stuck in a pub with little choice I know what to do.

Erzengel (9335) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - APR 29, 2014
On tap in Dublin. Smooth with hints of grain. Slightly sweetish-grainy. A bit light in taste, hints of sweetness. The aftertaste is neutral-grainy. Easy to drink.
Much too neutral. 6/12/5/6

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2014 Carlsberg sold all around the country in most pubs. Only positive thing about it is the price, usually cheapest beer on tap, along with Fosters, good price. Taste wise its just a rather tasteless lager however.
