PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - MAY 28, 2009
Golden slightly unclear. White collapsing head. Sweet aroma. Malty flavour with vague cheese note. A yeasty note too. A little hops in the finish. Good carbonation. Overall refreshing (due to the carbonation) but unbalanced and not too pleasant brew.

odgaard (382) - Skyum, Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 17, 2009
Clear golden color with a large lasting white head. Aroma: Fruit, malt, a metallic note. Taste: very low bitterness for a pilsener, some malt. Weak taste overall. Not a bad beer bot not interesting either.

2.8
yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 29, 2009
Bottle, 66cl. A clear, golden beer with a medium sized off-white head. Dense, and leaving lacings. Quite neutral on the nose, with some citrus and pale malts. Almost sourish nose, grainy, with some fruits and citrus. Too low on initial bitterness. Medium body and a decent carbonation. Some bitterness in the finish. A decent beer, but very boring. For a Semper Ardens beer it’s actually disappointing. At least there should be more aroma and flavor. (090425)

NosirIwont (2532) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - APR 7, 2009
Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow/light amber with a dense white head. Fresh, floral, slightly hoppy aroma at first. Develops sweetish and slight cereal notes as it warms. Also sort of an apple-like sweetness. Sweetish flavour. Slightly Perfume-like hop notes. Metallic notes and a bit of cereals as it warms. Warming also makes it overly sweet; cloying. Dry finish. Lingering apple notes with a spicy touch. 08-04-09.

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - JAN 28, 2009
(on bottle)Dark yellow, small white head. Fruity and plesant aromas, like grass and a distant fruitbasket. The mouthfeel is very soft and makes the beer very drinkable, along with a mild, softly malted taste. Leaves and small dryness with very little hop-features, yet, this is still a very nice beer; would love to see it on draft this summer.

3.3
Ungstrup (37605) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2008
Bottled. A dark golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grain, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of straw and grass, while the body is thin. The finish is bitter.
