(Bottle 70 cl) Bottle # 0119. Hazy, honeyish amber colour with a dense, handsome and stable head. Aroma comes a bit late but is fresh and enticing. Soft, soft delicate flavours - a bit of citrus but a lot from the added apple juices (Belle de Boskoop and Bramley). A lovely wheat indeed. 080102 Defreni (3214) - Husum, DENMARK - APR 6, 2008
Flaske. Plovmand (8303) - Helsinge, DENMARK - APR 14, 2008

Thanks Inger for serving this one! Warm golden and hazy with a nice head. The aroma has notes of cloves, coriander, banana, wheat and a light, fruity sweetness. The flavour has a pleasant and smooth sweetness, notes of clove, banana, yeast, wheat, fruit and the overall impression is rather full, smooth, easy to drink and charming - nice and uncomplicated, I liked it! A new broad release of the beer in April 2008. Bottle 66 cl. Huge, creamy, white lasting head with fair lacing. Sparkling, lightly cloudy yellow body. Average malt aroma of grain, hay and cereal. Average hop aroma of flowers and citrus. Also some apple and vanilla in the beginning. Medium body, thin, watery texture and average carbonation. The flavor has an average duration, is moderate sweet and light acidic and bitter. A good refreshing beer. faroeviking (10910) - FAROE ISLANDS - APR 10, 2008
Bottle. Contains elderflower and juice from Bramley and Belle de Boskoop apples. Poured in a Erdinger glass. Nice hazy deep golden-orange colour with a big creamy long lasting off-white head leaving a very nice lacing. Fresh wheat and yeast aroma with citrus and some banana. Quite good a mouthfeel. The flavour is a bit sweet with wheat, some yeast, apple juice, citrus and fruit. Different compared to a real German hefeweizen but the apples gives it a nice freshness. Good thirst quencher for a hot summer day. HenrikSoegaard (14166) - Randers, DENMARK - APR 11, 2008
