Arrived to the table a slightly cloudy, golden color with a very dense white head. Aroma has a strong wheat sourness, modest amount of yeasty notes, coriander comes through with modest strength. Orange doesn’t really come though too much as a light toasted note seems to fill that void. Orange and coriander come through first but then a pretty toasted pale malt and wheat presence kick in and carry on to the finish. Body has a modest density, pretty crisp feeling with a modest amount of carbonation to deliver the flavor and aroma. A very tasty wit. Normally not a style I enjoy but this was extra tasty and didn’t have an over the top abundance of spice.
