Translucent yellow-gold in color with a solid sheet of off-white for the head. Aroma is honey, hops and carnations with a hint of vanilla and anise. Crisp and sweet at first touch. Honey really plays a matchmaker game here with the hops, but somehow the honey is going stag by the finish. Some resin/lemon traits and bread like crispness. Light and sleek, and not a bad starter beer. Terminus (3680) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 15, 2004
tap at brewpub-pours a nice blonde hue with minimal white head-aroma is sweet with some fruity notes-flavors are sweet, but not like honey. the honey adds a sweet malt element that goes along with the earthy hops in this one. another good brew from this brewery! muzzlehatch (4952) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 2, 2004
Sample at the brewpub. Honey-blond, bit of head...honey, coriander and hints of berries in the nose. Slightly yeasty, very creamy and nicely malty, with a gasp of hops. Clean and refreshing.
