COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a black colour with a creamy beigeish head. Aroma of roasted malts, vanilla and butter. Flavour of roasted malts, butter, dried fruits, vanilla, bourbon and low bitterness. Full bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a smooth, roasty bourbon finish. I dont like the buttery notes here, but other than that this is a well made dessert.

Aroma has some bourbon notes with vanilla and hints of wood. Flavour has slightly stinting bourbon with vanilla and woody notes. Also hints of licorice. Warming alcohol in the finish. Good, although the bourbon comes through a bit too much.

Corked bottle
Dark mahogany color, almost black; small sized beige head; in the beginning it pours oily and undercarbonated. Mild aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, cardboard, cream. Correct body strength, very good chocolate flavor, with just light residual sweetness, and with nice vanilla touch; correct bitterness. Very Pleasant.
