Probably an alias of Abbaye de Vauclair Blonde. Note that it is different from the 50cl cans sold by Carrefour with the same nam .

Old review written before making ratebeer account. MY DECISIONS LEADING TO THIS SITUATION WERE LESS THAN OPTIMAL.

250ml bottle near Jingan station, New Taipei City. Slightly murky/coudy golden brown with a head that sort of hangs around like phlegm.. Nose is slightly sweet and yeasty and brown sugar. Overall it is not an abbey style beer. More like a lager with 1/5 Belgian style thrown in after. Slightly carbonated and very crisp considering the apparent style. That said the flavour is very nice. Brown sugar, malt, raisin and marzipan... and ever so slightly bitter on the finish. Here they sell them in six packs at Carrefour ( in Taiwan ) but I grabbed a couple of separate ones. Next time I will buy the full six. Very morish and at 6.2 quite sessionable.

Dorada oscura, limpia. Espuma blanca. Poco equilibrada.

75 cl. bottle from carrefour palma. cloudy yellow, white head. mild fruity aroma, i even get apples, not much belgian yeast going on, some cellary funky notes. Flavor is malty, slightly yellow fruity, cabbage. drinkable, but too fucked up for something that looks belgian’ish.

W smaku słodowe, biszkoptowe i lekko ziemiste.

O,75cl Bottle from Warsaw. Piwo takie sobie, Zakupione w Carrefourze, przedziwna etykieta nawiazujaca do klasztoru albo do takowej receptury.

i’m rating a 75cl bottle but i tasted 6x25cl bottles pack and also 50cl cans but not 75cl bottles. i didn’t even know it existed in 75cl bottles. it was brewed in St Omer, pas de calais the departement next to nord in north of france. the region’s name is nord-pas-de-calais. I live in Valenciennes which is in nord just next to pas de calais

Good packaging but nothing really interesting for this beer. Try another one.

Can. Pours a hazy dark yellow color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor.
