COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Red Revolution awakens with a copper sunrise framed by a firm tan head. Luscious wheat and caramel malt connect with earthy hops to form a firm alliance. One taste of this Dawn and you’ll join our cause.

Pours an amber color, perhaps a tad lighter than amber. Light sediment, but hard to see. Good thick beige head, about two fingers or more. Good retention, pretty good lacing. Looks good.

Aroma is light toasty malt. Caramel, some toffee. Earthy hops. Maybe a touch of apple.

Taste is wheat, toasted malt. Caramel, light toffee. Earthy hops, a little spicy.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Spicy hops and touch of alcohol. Surge of carbonation right at the end.

Overall, it's pretty good. Maybe a little too much spicy hops. Otherwise it's worth a try. I'd probably buy it again, and recommend it.

Can from West Side. Pours a clear amber with a finger of beige foam that dissipates. Big caramel nose with some sweet cola and light pine resin as it warms. Cola-like mouthfeel, vanilla, caramel. Easy drinking, but too sweet.

Some grains present in the aroma. Deep orange pour. On tap at hopcat. Mix of citrus and wheat in the flavor creating a medium to full body. Missing something in the finish.

12oz brown bottle into nucleated schooner glass. It poured an opaque reddish amber colour with massive (too much so) beige foam, lasting with lace. Nice colour but poor clarity with distracting yeast clumps, massively overcarbonated. Unpleasant aromas and flavours too. Acidic, burnt caramel flavour, harsh bitterness, overwhelming black pepper phenols, hot fusel alcohols. Tastes like really bad homebrew. Winner in the wheat category at both the Great American Beer Fest and World Beer Cup, but apparently that doesn’t translate to consistently good bottled beer. Clearly infected, an immediate drain pour. I might re-rate it someday if they get things worked out, but I’m in no hurry.

On tap. Poured a dark coppery color with an off-white head. And aroma is a mild with light fruit, grain and malt sweetness. Taste of caramel sweetness, light fruit, bit of nut and earthy. Mild bitterness and the slightly slick finish. Moderate body, smooth with a slightly grainy feel.

Pretty good. Pours a dark brown with a descent aroma. Good flavor but nothing special.

12 oz bottle picked up locally. Pours a clear amber orange color with a small off white head. The aroma has a general malty character with some off vegetal notes. The flavor has pale wheat malts, light caramel, light fruit, lacking the off character from the nose, I will not revisit this.

Pours a clear amber with a really nice antique lace head. Slightly sour bready aroma. Taste is sweet pale caramel malt, buttered biscuits and just the right amount of hop bitterness.

Bottle. Amber in color with a medium head. Aroma is weak, grains and hay. Taste is bread, grain and a slightly sweet finish.

Poured from the keg at "Just Tap’d" in Warner-Robins, GA. This is an amber colored beer with a small white head. It has a malt flavor that is very pleasing. I would drink this again. A good beer.
