It is Mexican beer, better than Bud but fairly unimpressive. Not very heavy, would wash down the peppers well though. Good for boiling sausages though.
33cl fles. Helder goudgeel kleur, fijne witte schuimkraag. De geur van gras en mout. Smaak is zoet, mout, fruit en gras. Licht Lichaam, Veel koolzuur BlackHaddock (7410) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 12, 2017
Quart bottle (yes, you read that correctly), shared with my Son-in-Law who likes Mexican Lagers. Drank on 11th Feb 2017 at his new place in Southern California. I preferred it cold as you couldn’t smell or taste anything: as it warmed the corn/grain aromas and flavours began to arrive. Of all the cheap Mexican beers I have tried so far this is most likely the worst. Looked fine of course, clean, clear and golden with a snow white head (which faded a bit too quickly). Taste: cron, light sweetness, lightly bitter, little citrus
Palate: light body, thin feel, lively, refreshing luttonm (6484) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 17, 2016
Litro in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Golden pale lager, creamy white foam. A bit cleaner, richer taste than the average lager here. A touch of hop crispness, less corn flavor. I?d tend to aim for this when available, over the other cheap lager options.
