COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Irish Coffee is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. Our golden imperial coffee cream ale has been finished on Irish wood and peppermint. Much like Regular Coffee looks to evoke an amusing version of the acidic bitter coffee curbed by milk and sugar that starts a day in a paper cup, Irish Coffee addresses it on the other end of the day. A beer rendition of a mug of coffee touched by Irish and whipped cream with a drizzle of green crème de menthe to tie up a big meal. Drink Irish Coffee to take it all home.

12oz can thanks to Steve. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white. Nose is crazy chocolate chip mint and nice sweetness. Taste is more of the nice chocolate mint patties.

Pours a golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, and mint. Taste follows, tastes more like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Tasty.

12oz can. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of fresh roasted coffee, old lemons, grain, hints of mint and nutmeg. Taste mimics the nose with some dry oakiness in the finish.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear golden hue with some orange and a small white head. Looks like a light lager or pale ale. The aroma is big coffee. Sweet base, almost like ripe melons, big coffee, some toast and vanilla. Honestly, this does taste like a imperial cream ale with loads of coffee. A bit cloying, the heat and sweetness doesn’t get matched with a base. Almost a malt liquor sort of vibe here, but it is way better. Finishes sweet with a really nice coffee flavor. I guess I’d prefer this amount of coffee and alcohol in a stout.

Hints of nutmeg, mint. Slight coffee flavor. Odd one for me. Don’t know if I’d have another. Different.

Not sure why so many low ratings. This is exactly what they stated and are going for. Smells of fruity bitter coffee. Color is dark yellow orange and cloudy. Palate is creamy and rich. Not watery. Taste is like having a cup of creamy coffee with a mint chocolate chip brownie. Slight hops makes this balance well. Very dimensional. They nailed the planned beer. Tap

Pours out exactly how regular does. Aroma is of fresh mint, coffee, some sweetness, light wood. Taste is solid, nice mint leaves, some sweet sugary coffee, light wood and some moderate alcohol notes, but overall well hidden. Pretty fantastic.

Can thanks to Toastedpuppy. Hazy bright orange with small creamy off-white head, coffee beans aroma, high carbonation, creamy body, slightluy sweet coffee and alcohol taste, medium sweet finish with coffee beans aftertaste. Very smooth and fulfilling.

Can, thanks for sharing Jim. Orangish yellow color. Medium roast coffee, almost like running through used coffee filter a second time. Has a good amount of mint leaves. Starts off weird, but then grows on you. Can says 12%, this says 13%, either way this drinks more like a 6% or 7%.

Can shared with Linh, Zahra and Ahmil. Pours a clear, golden amber body with thin white lace. Mouthfeel is light bodied with notes of maple coffee, sweet cream, mint, booze/alcohol character and honey. Really strange but a bit better than the Churro.
