How: Bottle (330 ml) at home.

>>> Average cider that lack drinkability and apples / real fruits flavors.

- Clear pink with a small quickly vanishing white head.
- Overall, the flavor profile is mild and feel a bit artificial (especially the berries).
- Despite the abv being rather low, this cider is boozy.
- Drinkability is average at best because of the "artificial" flavors the the booziness.
- There’s a mild tartness that is fun.

Flavors: Apples (Geneva?), aspartame, artificial berries flavor, herbal notes.

Bottle sampled at Mondial 2015 in Montreal with Linh, Ken and Nica. Pours a pinkish amber body. Mouthfeel is dry and tart with notes of apples, tart sweet wine, almost sake like perfume character and additional dry fruity tones.

j12601 (13472) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - FEB 12, 2011
On tap at Vice et Versa. Pours a lighly pink orange. Mead like aromas, apples with a hint of spice and berries. Sweet with a light effervescence, tart acid, with light apples and tangy notes. Finishes with a dry tartness.

DerWeg (1760) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 13, 2010
Pink clear look with acidic berryish flavors. Taste tart apple peel and raspberry/blackberry flavors. A little rustic and a LOT nice.

Lubiere (14341) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 12, 2010
A pinkish Kool-Aid coloured cider with a roma of sweet chemical raspberry, or strawberry. In mouth, an oily mixture with strong raspberry candy, light apple notes, candy floss, too sweet. On tap at Vices et Versa, Feb. 12 2010.

Draught. Mondiale 2009 - day 3 - at Vice et Versa. Clear bright orange with no head (wtf?). Aroma of tangy apple skins and moderate alcohol. Taste was a mix of orange and apple (with the skins), my palate was almost shot at this point, but I didn’t get much alcohol, although it was quite sweet. Soft mouthfeel, very refreshing after a day of mostly beer, not much carbonation, but it left a nice "red" apple taste behind.

garthicus (2968) - Dublin, IRELAND - SEP 1, 2009
Appearance: Pink orange with no head. Aroma: Apples, alcohol, pear notes and some nice ripeness in there too. Flavour: Apple skins, tart, fresh and mightily refreshing, a good amount of malt in the finish. Nice.
