33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is grapefruity and toasted malty. Bitter, toasted and light grapefruity. Smooth fruity. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish. jamaty (2237) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 7, 2015
Pajiza turbia. Espuma escasa.

A very average lager for claiming the name premium, but at least is well made in comparition with many Spanish premium "beers"
For cap collectors: golden cap with the Casasola monk in black. janubio (911) - SPAIN - OCT 11, 2013
750ml. bottle, mine is the 5% one. Pours a hazy golden colour with a tiny head that does not hold but leaves ome lace. Smell of herbs and spices, I think I can smell thyme and clove? Medium body with a creamy palate, taste is sweet and malty, with hints of herbs and spices again. Some honey comes in the end. Though the aroma is faint and the taste is strange for a lager (and you can’t really tell separately any of the things you taste), is a really good and easy to drink beer. I could tray it anytime. I think that probably it will become better with more experience and batches.
