Tap @ The EastBurn... Poured amber with an off-white head. Buttery aroma with a leafy hop and wheat character. Fizzy, well carbonated palate. Sugary esters and a yeasty tanginess before the malty finish. Not as complex as I would hope for a Cascade brew.
