Bottle at home with my wife; 2011 Vintage. Pour is hazy orange with a fluffy white head that doesn’t seem to leave. Appearance looks like a glass of peach juice. Funky, woody, fruity aroma; tannin, peach skin, light urine, tangerines, and orange peel. Nice. Taste is really sour; yet bright and juicy with notes of orange juice, apricots, oak, basement, fruit pit, bread, and honey ending moderately tart. Creamy mouthfeel with high carbonation and sticky lacing. Very refreshing, yet toll-taking sour. Tastes like fresh sqeezed fruit juice with heavy acidity leading to a lingering sourness that sticks to the roof of your mouth. Tasty stuff.
2015 Vintage @ 7.2% ABV. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Bold, crisp, tart aroma of stone fruit. Smooth with an intense tartness and fruity flavor. Good full mouth feel with a nice pucker factor. Crisp and clean finish with a nice lingering tart fruity aftertaste. Very refreshing and enjoyable. Solid choice! nathanvc (798) - Brugge, BELGIUM - NOV 20, 2017

Clear orange with a diminishing, off-white head. Aroma of orange, lemon & apricot, barnyard, vinegar, yeast, leather, cheese & cream, 'bacteria'. It tastes only light fruity sweet but overall heavy sour, lactic, fruity and lambic-like; the finish is long, tart and drying. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Reminded me so much of a traditional Lambic; all in all, something completely different and not an obvious drink.
From tap at Cirkus with RFK lønningspils 13.10.17. Hazy golden. White head and lacing. Acid aroma and even more acid raste, with some fruityness. Hints of sour wine gum and citric acid powder. Apricot is underwhelming. Very dry. jesperhammer (5017) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2017

Great beer. Apricot comes through quite strongly, but not overly intense. Good body and clean. Cascade barrel house portland

75 cl. bottle, “Vill og syrlig ølfestival” (Wild and sour beerfestival) Oslo, 8. Sept. Hazy golden straw. Small white head. Vinous aroma of dried apricot, apricot skin and lemon.
Light body with tones of fresh apricots, peaches and hint of wood. Oily smooth mouthfeel that's work very well together with a very nice acidity. Warming alcohol. An excellent beer from a brewery that has become one of my favorite breweries. fiulijn (21511) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 20, 2017

Cloudy golden color. Sour aroma, some apricot, but also some acetic. Smooth mouthfeel, the acidity is aggressive, there is some apricot flavor, a bit vinous, tart lemon, and very astringent in the final.
Lack of depth and elegance, just an overpriced uber acidic beer.
Hazy yellow pour, smaller head that dissipates into a tiny ring, no lacing. Sour aroma, tart apricot, yellow plum, acidic. Sour up front, vinagerette giving way to underripe apricot, green peach, oak, light yeast. Lighter body. KansaiBeerLvrs (5501) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 31, 2017
2012 vintage shared by Ajen. A cloudy golden copper with a thick foamy head. The taste is light oak with a big tart apricot tangy aroma. Light bodied, massively acidic and fruity. Very good stuff, tart acidic and yet full of apricot stone fruitiness. It cut through the summer heat well. Bacchus66 (1000) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 29, 2017
From tap @ ADT. Pours hazy yellow with a slight white head. Sour fruity nose with funky wild yeast. Taste is refreshing tart stone fruit, oak and vanilla notes, with a wine-like quality adding some astringency. Finishes with a nice balance of sour and sweet. Relatively light for 8.5%. Note to self... visit Cascade someday. Delicious.
