Draft at the Cascade. Light purple in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas are of dusty blueberry, cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon wine (oak barrel notes included), and earth. Flavors are of ripe and tart blueberry, more red wine, and shiso mint leaves. Snappy acidity, but the flavors linger for a long time.
