Opaque black - brown beer with a tidy mid-tan head. Palate is light, slightly soft and a little dry. Fine carbonation. Mild sourness. Mild bourbon with dark fruits. Balsamic vinegar underneath, tempered by a trace of vanilla. Semi dry finish. Interesting but I am still yet to have a bourbon BA sour that I really want to have again.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle tasting. Opaque brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and a little crisp. Mild balsamic. Flemish red sourness. The sourness is well tempered by vanilla oak sweetness. Light dry finish. Really liked it this time around.
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Masterski. Pours an opaque dark brown with a beige head. Sweet Bourbon aroma blending in amazingly well with the Flemish sour accents. Medium body, sweet woody cherry notes, tartness galore but everything is blending in wonderfully with the Bourbon. rum, brown sugars, dark fruit - you name it. Ends tart, never bitter. Amazingly complex. 220312 Beerhunter111 (22268) - P´Castle, GERMANY - SEP 25, 2016
