From notes. Tasted on 6/26/13 on draft at the brewpub with Chris after Oregon Pinot Camp. Pours a beautiful hazy blood orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average, uneven lace. The nose is all about cinnamon spiced cherry cider, just a hint of underlying wheat malt. The flavor is a bit more sour with the same cherry cider spice, and a pronounced salty note. The body is light with average carbonation, super tannic, with a long salty and spiced cherry sour finish. mikem409 (2029) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - JUL 5, 2013

Cascade cherry goss. Sampled at the barrel room... Pours a seMi- transparent caramel toffee brown and topped with a creamy white head... Tarbell earthy cherry nose, not too acidic but lightly sour nonetheless... Earthy sour cherry with a hint. Of spice and juniper on the backend. Soft bodied along with soft carbonation. Def drinkable and easy going. Non-abrasive and quaffable.

I tapped it this Tuesday! Deep chestnut with a phenomenal creamy head. A lightly metallic sour cherry aroma. Very fruity and super tart with a hint of candy sweetness. Very light and puffy with a drying woody finish, like cherry pits.

Draft from the barrel. Cloudy reddish brown color, tan head, solid lacing. Aroma of sour cherries, strawberries. Taste has a soft sourness with lots of fruit and lemon. Light body. Very nice.
