Tap. Poured hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with very good lacing. Moderate grain and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour & sweet flavor with a medium sour & sweet finish of moderate duration. Good beer.

Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a barely cloudy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and a sort of half film atop the liquid. Notes of lemon, orange peel, vinegar, pale malts, dry grains, and some fuzzy stone fruit. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, dry, acidic mouthfeel. Leans just a wee bit too far into vinegar territory, but otherwise is a nice sour and could be special if dialed in a bit.

On tap at the Barrel House. Pours a golden orange hue with a small white head. A sour funky melon nose. Sharp at times. Big bursting fruit flavors. Funky melons, almost like a honeydew, some toast, oak. Very nice.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2017 On draft at the brewery! 2016 ver. Aroma 7/10: bacterial overripe fruit Appearance 4/5: medium orange amber with frothy head that sticks to the glass Palate 4 /5: medium carbonation, very full mouthfeel without too much of that puckering sourness Taste 8 /10: peach is prominent here, both the sweet estery nature but also some hints of underripe peach and lemon. A hint of lactobacillus, or some sort of yogurty bacteria, is present. The sourness is not overpowering. Finishes with some oaky-ness. Overall 18/20: fantastic sour - I actually wanted a full pour of this; its not overly sour and has a lot of depth and complexity. Final: 4.1

Draft at Ginger Man. Mostly clear orange, no head or lace. Vinegar and citrus rind. Sour and fruity. Dry close.

Very nice sour because the flavor of cara cara oranges actually comes through very pleasently and helps define the sweetness and sourness of the beer.

Draft 8 oz pour at Uber Tavern. Shiny golden pour with a thin, oily head. Orange fruit moderate tart, grainy, but covered up. Constant orang fruit sour, refreshing, and very tasty n. Very good beer here

Draft pour at uber Tavern Seattle. Great beer here. Golden pour thin head. This beer has a big tropical fruit taste to me, forces me some sour tart flavors. Nice beer.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small disappearing off white head. The aroma and flavor have lightly tart orange citrus, orange peel, wheat malts, some acidity, some sweetness, oak, I thought it got just a bit thin mid palate, overall pretty good.
