COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This live barrel of NW style sour red ale was initially aged for six months in French oak wine barrels, then additionally aged on elderberries. Sharp wine, dark raisins, red grapes and cereal notes greet you on the nose. Tart dark fruit and grapes on the palate lead to a sparkling crisp dry finish with hints of fresh elderberries and grape skins.

Towering tan head over opaque red-brown beer. Nose like blue/billberry, but also lactic acid, wood, and something strong fusely:estrery that betrays the true elderberry smell. Very sour, lactic, dark/red fruit, lemon, and a wild, spicy character. Bit of rotten fruit, too, in the background - again the elderberry, which sports this pugnancy (which drove me mad in my youth, being forced to down elderberry syrup against colds...)? The taste of (unripe, IMO) grapeskins, as suggested, is also very remarkable. Very tart, dry-out effet, acidthinning and -burn. Again a very tart USA sour. A bit of balance wouldnt hurt, I would dare to suggest.

Old socks, wet rug, fart, cat pee, dirty underwear aroma. After a couple of minutes it fades and floral and fruity take over. Sour red fruit

Rami Rami is drinking an Elderberry by Cascade Brewing Company (USA) at BrewDog Warszawa 2015. W pierwszym niuchy toitoi. Ale po chwili fajniej, morwy, drewno, figi (!), jakis smrodek. W smaku slodkawe, tylko kwaskowate, sciaga
Rami Rami: Bardzo ciekawe jak dla mnie

Bottle. Pours dark cherry red with small head. Aroma: blueberry, wildberry, blackberry, blueberry sweet wine, balsamico- nice and nostalgic for me. Taste: bluberries with cherries, blueberry skins, medium sour, acidity burns your lips. Medium plus body. Acidity finish. Not for weak ones. Nice.
