On draft at the Raccoon Lodge in Oregon. Orange pour, slightly hazy, white lacing abound. Nose is bright lime, honey and as young have guessed, ginger. Sharp tastes of ginger and lime with a subtle sweetness from the honey underlying them. Excellent level of sourness here. A fantastic beer! hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - MAY 26, 2014
Light golden, good clarity. Nose is candied ginger. Ginger shines brightest with light lime accents and a pleasant sweetness from honey to balance the acidity. Drinks like a ridiculously good cocktail. slowrunner77 (12471) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 17, 2014
"Well then! Really dig this. NO alcohol present whatsoever, despite the abv. Balanced and pungent blend of ginger, tart key lime, and sweetening honey. Like the best sour soda you’ve ever had :)" madvike (3281) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 16, 2012
On tap at the Barrel House - Pours hazy yellow with a white filmy head. Lots of ginger on the nose, with light salty citrus. Taste has ginger prominent with a salty lime presence, almost like a lime margarita. Carbonation makes it drink like a soda. Awesome stuff. DialSquare (5113) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 26, 2013
On tap at the brewery. They nailed this one. Perfect balance of sourness, ginger/lime. Pleasant ginger aroma. Lavender floral honey - exactly what it says it is. Remarkably well constructed. Lime comes in late. Never had anything like it. Just a slight tartness. Strange but very drinkable. 8.4

This shit was amazing.
Golden ale with a rim of loose white foam. Nose was lime, ginger, tart lemons, a nice mix I’d easily pair with Tom Kha Gai any day of the week. Flavor is ginger, ginger and then lime leaves, tart lacto, some melon sweetness and a good dose of... sweet limes. The sour character is reserved for Cascade, and rightfully so. This beer is outstanding and the sleeper for my wife and I. A bit thin with lower carb and a good, mouth watering finish. I sincerely delicious beer they’ve done more than once, and should consider making an annual release.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, large creamy off white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is heavy ginger and lime, as advertised :). Flavor is pretty out there, honey ginger and lime are all apparent. Minimal sourness, just a hint. Some residual sugar as well contributes to medium sweetness.. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Tasty. Tap at the barrel house. Another awesome beer. This one quite unique. Hazy golden yellow pour with a clingy white head. Ginger explodes on the aroma. Then the lime, which itself comes out more on the taste. Smooth soft palate with some creaminess and sweetness. Damn, this is excellent. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - JUL 18, 2012
Wow, what an interesting flavor. Yellow gold pour with some nice tasty ginger spices with the right amount of lime balance and just a touch of honey. Really, really enjoyable. bhensonb (15500) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Tap at the Barrel House. Pours hazy light amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is spritely lime and ginger. Med body. Flavor is mostly ginger with strong lime backup - it is sour - but not so sour the flavors are eclipsed. Mild honey sweetness comes and goes. It is extremely refreshing.
