Oakes (18756) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 26, 2017
Light amber, bubbly head. Big ginger aroma. Taste is strongly ginger, bit sweet in the finish, but not a lot of lime.

j12601 (13092) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 11, 2017
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Smells a bit of citrus and clearing product level citrus aromas. Medium bodied, sweet right away, and unexpectedly so, wood, soft fruit, lemon and honey sweet. Soft lime,

hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 26, 2017
On tap at Cascade. Poured a cloudy golden color with a small sized head. Yep, honey, ginger and lime. Ginger not overpowering with the lime stronger.

Keg @ Cascade. Deep gold with a small head. Strong gingery boss. Lime zest. Honey. Title’s accurate, then. Flavor is fairly sweet with some prominent ginger spiciness. Sort of flabby. Light carb. Oily.

monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 18, 2016
Not normally a fan of tart beers, but this is quite good. Pours a cloudy orange. Smells great, honey and ginger. Taste is lots of ginger upfront, followed by lime and honey in the finish. Not super sour, but a nice smooth tart. Had on tap.

3.7
chinchill (5310) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 5, 2016
On tap at the Cascade brewpub: 2015 version at 6.8% ABV in July 2016. Aroma: ginger and lime dominated aroma is moderately appealing despite making a subtle suggestion of household cleaning products. Bitter-sweet with a near even balance, at least for a sour.. Well crafted and exceptionally refreshing, this is the easiest drinking sour I can remember. Golden-amber body with a lasting off-white head that leaves patterned sticky lacing on the snifter. Overall: excellent version of the style.

vulcanmeister (297) - La Grande, Oregon, USA - JUN 30, 2016
Poured at 2016 Eastern Oregon Beer Festival. So good, fantastic powerful flavor, a bit sour but that just enhanced all the flavors coming through.

3.7
luttonm (6730) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 13, 2016
Cascade Barrel House, Portland. Hazy orange, ok foam. Good citrus, tons of fresh, spicy ginger. Bright ginger ale, spicy cider. Pretty darn nice. Oaky just on end.

3.3
ippopotamo36 (2531) - Rome, ITALY - MAY 10, 2016
On tap at Cascade pub in Portland-USA. Cloudy dark orange pour, off-white foam. Nose: ginger, herbs, sweet piney candy. Mouth: sweet lime/lemon candy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
