Honey amber hue. Rocky head with excellent lacing. Herbal aroma. Silky texture and a very complex flavor profile. Very well balanced. ~m

Geez I don’t get all the ho-hum reviews of this- I really like it! Poured at a good temperature with a medium sized, foamy, cream-colored head that soon subsided to a light cover and some lace. Color is a slightly hazy orange amber with some tiny bubble trails. Aroma is hops up front with resin, citrus, spice, malt in the background and a bit of wet cardboard. Flavor’s much like nose with tang and hop on top a hint of sweet below. Body/carbonation are perfect. Finish is like flavor, has some significant alcohol warmth, and is quite long. Very drinkable. chris2431 (241) - Oregon, USA - DEC 14, 2011
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2012 Bomber, floral, grass, citrus, nice balanced ipa, not super hoppy but just enough to put a smile on your face if you like ipa’s. I could drink several of these in a row and feel good about it. The guys at Cascade Lakes have got my attention after sampling a couple of their different brews now. Look out Deschutes......... mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUL 5, 2014
Solid if unspectacular. Not overly hoppy -- almost more malt-forward. Hop flavor is quite resin-oriented. This may be the most resinous IPA I’ve had at this low an ABV. Bitterness present, but subdued. Good. BenH (3439) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 5, 2014
Bottle. Golden with white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, floral. Taste of pine and grapefruit

Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. It poured a cloudy gold with a beige head and lots of lacing rings. Nose of hops - floral, pine, and some light citrus. Medium in body with a clean mouthfeel. Flavor of fruit lots of the hops mostly pine and flowers. Well balance and with a light bitter and flavorful finish Quite good. oregontarheel (45) - - NOV 22, 2013
65 IBU. Tasted in a frozen mug. Copper color. Mostly clear. Very thin head. Great hoppy aroma. Not as smooth as some ipa's, but good. Pleasant aftertaste.

The world is full of IPAs, full of dull IPAs indistinguishable from each other. It makes you want to even stop trying. Then something actually decent comes along when you quit looking. This beer was one of those. Picked up this beer just because it was a single in a local grocery store. Poured it half thinking it would soon be poured down the drain. But it was actually good, fun, something I liked and happy to have enjoyed. 12oz bottle. Golden color. Not a lot of lacing. Lemon hops, lemony tea biscuits, ad a slightly sweet raisin bread character. A nice mix of bright lemony hops and a slightly sweet maltiness. Neither too much, well balanced. This is not a bad IPA. There isn’t much about this as an IPA that really stands out against others. I do enjoy the bitterness of this beer but it does lack the overall aroma and quality of a high standard 8 -10 beer. deyholla (11597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 3, 2016
Sampled from nitro at Bier Stein. Pours a clear gold with a thick white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces beautifully. Aroma combines flora and citrus with a light grain backing. Flavor has grass and bitter citrus note with a bit if bread and light grains supporting.
