Awesome line-up at the Tart Fruit Extravaganza. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A huge fruity lemon nose. The flavor is lemon peel and zest, sour oak, fresh citrus, a bit of sweeter notes (this in a good way is reminiscent of some cleaning solutions). Nice. Solid very drinkable beer. Sampled at KillerBeerFest 5, Bailey’s Taproom. Pours orangey yellow. Smells like...Lemon Pledge? I mean that as a compliment. Taste is like lemonade and balsamic vinegar. Nicely sweet without being cloying. toxichop (597) - South Gate, California, USA - SEP 7, 2013
P: Clear golden blonde with a frosty white head. S: A ton of lemon zest with some floss. T: Lots of lemon peel, bit soapy. Should I say lemon soap? Medicinal flavors also. M: Thin with some tart/bitterness and finishes dry. O: I drank my pour easy but not sure I would be able to do an entire 750ml bottle (if they bottle this). It has lots of citrus but its not like a ipa, this is very medicinal Homer321 (5142) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 30, 2013
Strong lemon aroma with a touch of alcohol. Slight medicinal, ammonia flavors but fades quickly to reveal a lemon slushy flavor with a slight tartness. ApisAles (1575) - Greenbelt, Maryland, USA - JUL 29, 2013
Clear yellow pour with a big white head. Soft lemon aroma with a bit of a pledge hint. Mild sour kick. Good, but mellow.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is kind of medicinal, with notes of band-aid, dry tart lemon peel, and dental floss. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of band-aid and dental floss, atop dry lemons and zest. I can’t get past the medicinal notes. It’s not a disaster, but it seems off. Not very good at all.
