3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A copper amber ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, smooth cherry pulp, vinous treacle, Brett notes, quite nice. In mouth, a smooth corky sourish mash, with tingly mouthfeel, lactic acid, raspy mouthfeel. On tap at brewpub July 31 2011. BTW, its noyau (singular), noyaux (plural), so it should be nouveau noyau....
