375ml bottle- A average lager, nothing special, but still a drinkable beer.

375ml green bottle. Gold pour, large white foamy, bubbly head. Lots of lace. Nose has grains, light sweetness. Taste is grainy, mild bready sweetness. Finishes with grass notes. Light body with creamy carbonation. Overall, better than I was expecting, still a pale lager at heart but the little bit of grassy hops are pretty nice. Would not pay 20$ for 6 of these however, why these are so overpriced I’ll never know. Bought as a single at Sherbrooke.

Quite a long but mild bitter finish to this one with not a whole lot else going on. Maybe a touch citric. Ok I suppose

Not to be confused with that other Tasmanian lager, here is a Tasmanian lager whose main selling point is that it’s a lager from Tasmania. Terrible orange body with no head and an aroma of lemon-soaked particle board. The flavour is a nonexistent mess of water and adjuncts with a horrendous aftertaste of burnt rubber, AKA hops badly brewed with. Worse than just a useless lager, this stuff is actually offensive to the palate.

Bottle 33 cL @ Singapore Airline Lounge at Melbourne Airport. Pours clear orange amber with a minimal shortlived white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly malty, hay and sweetish. Flavour is malty, bitter, fruity and citric. Finishes with a nice longlived bitter aftertaste.

I was at a wedding and it was either this or corona so i went with this. Very dull aroma and an ever so slight citrus flavour. If you dont care about flavour and you just want to look "manly" drinking a beer this one is for you although personally i would rather drink my own urine.

330ml green bottle (note how the size has reduced from 375ml to 345ml to 330ml over the past 5 years or so without a price reduction!). A clear.golden lager with with a thin white head. Nose is sweet malts with a subtle straw/grass hop presence. Taste is overly sweet like most Australian pale lagers but the palate is clean and refeshing probably reflective of the Tasmanian water used. Light-medium bodied. This thankfully lacks the "chemical" elements that are so often found in other macro Aussie lagers so it gets extra marks for that.

poured golden with little white head and little lacing, nice malt and hop balance, but thin on body. Overall a decent easy drinking lager.

Wheaty, slightly funky metallic aroma. Very small haze, but still almost clear golden colour with a thin ’bitter’ style head. Mild wheat flavour with a sour mash after taste. Not terrible.
