Courtesy of my brother-in-law Spencer who said he got it at Grocery Outlet. Pours a light amber color with moderate white head. Nose is caramel malts with some grassy hops in body. Mild mouthfeel. Flavor is mostly light malts with some mild bitter hops. Finish is citrus and some bitterness. Mild from start to finish, but quite drinkable. dnbthompson (41) - Bend, Oregon, USA - JAN 15, 2012
amber, hazy, minimal head, lightly sour, light body, thin feel, soft carbonation, astringent,.I got this six pack 12 oz bottle at a discount grocery outlet. This a an awful beer as far as i’m concerned. Did not finish it.... Reid (2646) - Salem, Oregon, USA - NOV 7, 2011
UPDATED: NOV 10, 2011 12 oz bottle from a sixer from Grocery Outlat,Salem. $5.99 marcus (10738) - Sacramento, California, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Ok looking APA..deep golden, clear with a larget bubbly/frothy cream coloured head.
Aroam is a bit of a downer though/..very weak..some hay..and peanuts..strange ..not looking good.
Achh taste is gone too..no real hops..just a blanmd water y malt..i think this is dead.
Just bad..this hasnt stood up to the Grocery Outlet abuse as well as the hefe..thats surprsing.
2nd bottle was better,,still a weak hopped drink but the malt profile was pleasant enough..drinkable light Pale Ale.
Pours clear copper with a thin off-white head and a light citrus aroma. There is a decent caramel malt flavor with a somewhat harsh bitter finish. bhensonb (15838) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 26, 2011
Bottle from a Grocery Outlet. Pours light amber with a white head. Mildly malty aroma. Any citrus or pine is hard to find. Light body. Flavor is malt with a fair amount of bitter that might be citrus. A slight taste of paper in the finish.
