Unclear medium amber brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry sour, cherry, wine, wood - oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. 
75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark red with a with a small pink head. Aroma cherry and mild acetone to acidic. Acetone, light almondish and critric cherry flavoured. Bottled. An unclear red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of berries, wine, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sour with notes of sour berries, malt, caramel, wood, and brettanomyces, leading to a lightly sour finish. THE Fruit Sour tasting. Thanks Paul for this 2009 bottle. Cloudy dark purple beer, small tan head. Palate is light and dry. Sourish Duchesse Du Bourgogne type vinegary fruits. Very sour Dr Pepper type fruits. Finishes dry with a fruity aftertaste.

Bottle at The Fruit Sour Tasting, London - big thanks to Paul for this guy. Pours muddy, ruby-brown with a fine, tan foam head. Rich, sweet, ripe berry aroma, with vinegar and wet wood. Light to medium sweet flavor with bracing sourness and sturdy, bitter grape skins, wood, mild jammy fruits. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy red brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, sour fruit, cherries and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish with warming alcohol. 081016
