Bottle at LS X. Pours a hazed brown and has a moderate beige head on it. Aroma is tart cherry fruitiness. Has a big, slightly wine-like sour cherry flavor with some dry oak woodiness on the finish. This also has a bit of an herbal flavor somewhere along the line. A delicious fruity sour.

From a 6floz draft taster. Its a little cloudy, brown in color, and has a khaki head. The sour raspberryish aroma transcends to a palate that is tangy, possesses some heat, and has an underlying sweetness. I get it.

Cask days 2016. Dark fruit, dark, vinous notes. Loads of red wine and some balsamic vinegar. Overripe plums, and fresh crushed grapes. Sweet, and acidic, with hints of vanilla and wood. Earthy fruit, slightly musty red wine.... Complex and interesting.
