Handbottle thanks to Toby. Pours a mostly clear orange color with a medium white head. A tart and citrus nose, some floral notes. The flavor is very nice; initially quite tart cherries and lemon zest, later some grains, light herbal notes, very zesty with a lively palate. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 22, 2011
Cascade spring gose 2011. On tap at apex... Pours a slightly hazy orangey apricot hue with a somewhat thin soapy white head... Flavors have spice, but lightly so, with a subtle tart bent, juniper as well and to boot... Flavors are lightly tart with a decent spice profile accented heavier on the lemon peel, somewhat floral and finishes with some grains.

Vintage 2010. Clear golden color, small white head. Slight tartness in the nose, lavendel smell. Light bodied. Strong flavor of lavendel - like sucking the toilet duck. Light saltyness. Too much lavendel and chamomile for my liking.
2010 version on draft at the barrel house. Cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma of sourdough. taste is tangy apricot, pear, peach. Nice. savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUN 25, 2011
On tap @ Cascade Barrel House. Light aroma of herbal and spicy hops with a light brine and cracker. Flavor is noticeably salty upfront with a spicy presence and some light hop bitterness. Light body with lively carbonation and a crisp, salty finish. My first Gose, interesting beer, the saltiness isn’t as bad as I’d thought it would be.

Draft at City Beer’s 5th Anniversary. Clear orangish in color with minimal head on top. The aroma is mildly tart and salty with soda and lemon. The flavor is like a salty lemon soda or something. Herbal and mildly tar. Pretty good stuff, but I’m not the biggest fan. Medium-bodied with a drying saltiness and mild acidity. Overall pretty good but not amazing. On tap at Raccoon Lodge. Pours out a dark golden topped with an off white head. Aroma was of spice, grain, sweetness, fruit, and light salt. Taste was as the aroma with the spice and fruit leading the way.

lightly hazes straw gold. zesty, acidic, sharp and bright with prickly, effervescent carbonation, but has a vinegar-like brine quality that while tasty (lime/citrus and salt/brine) is overbearing, so it tends to stand out and leave the beer one-dimensional. cilantro, lime, salt in the nose, juicy and zesty and fresh. nice but not quite dialed in. Light and spicy. Chamomile and lavendar stick out a bit. With all that nonsense in there, way more decent than it has any right to me. jb43 (1650) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - FEB 11, 2011
(bottle from RiversideAK, 5/4/10). Clear dark gold color. Small off white head. Light fruity aroma. Flavor of the same with light malt. Avg duration. Dry finish with light alcohol. Thin/slick texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.
