COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This NW style sour is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer that was barrel-aged for seven months then additionaly aged with strawberries for another eight months. Bright, sweet strawberries and light candy notes greet you in the nose. A light tartness and berry sweetness intermingle on the palate, giving way to a light, sparkling fresh berry tartness in the finish. It is better as a breakfast beer or a dessert? You decide.

Tap at Horrocks. Light red with one finger head. Server warned me the keg was a bit off, but Ive never had a Cascade and wanted it anyway. Medium tart, big strawberry. Odd plastic and band aid flavors as well. Would be awesome without the off flavors.

750ml from Dominion Wine & Beer, into tulip. Orange-red with bare film of offwhite head. A: tart and acidic strawberry jolly rancher, acetone. Eye-watering. T: odd plastic strawberry, petrol, hints of yeast and grains peeking ever so slightly through. Rough berry kerosene juice. Oof. And it was $28.95, for the love of God.
