COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Take on the classic Bavarian summer sipper. Aromas of soft malts, banana, and clove are the first to be noticed. A smooth, creamy malt presence is followed by banana and clove on the palate, leading to a smooth wheat finish with clove notes.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat, light clove and banana, very dry nose for a German hef. Flavour is quite dry, with what all the way, not much banana or clove as many hefs do, with perhaps a slight banana-like sweetness. Solid stuff, but nothing overly interesting.

Draft at sb. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a loose and quickly settling fizzy white head. Sweet banana nose with a little hint of acidic brightness behind, but not lemony...more nectarine. The wheat shines. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Banana and fruit mid palate with a mildly tangy finish.

On tap at the brewery. A nice and tasty Hefe with plenty of banana flavor and some clove as well. A nice summer beer, tasty and refreshing.
