[2/27/15] Draught at Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland. Clear golden. lovely big apricot aroma with some lacto. Sourish lactic flavor with apricots. Medium-bodied. Really good, very clean with so much apricot. vyvvy (6775) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 24, 2014
On tap at the brewpub - Pours yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has dried apricots, heavy richness, dank sourness and the stones of the fruit - it’s like a bag of dried apricots made extra sour. It has a medium smooth body with soft carbonation. The flavor starts off with apricots, lactic sourness, pepper, rich nectar and some leather. The finish has citrus, apricots, spice, vanilla and mild alcohol heat. Really nicely done. douglas88 (9688) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 26, 2013
On tap at Cascade, from the barrel. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A massive apricot nose, almost pushing toward white wine. The flavor was over the top super sweet, dry, but also tart apricots. Perfumy. Wow. Concentrated apricot. Damn nice. Soft. Good. toxichop (598) - South Gate, California, USA - SEP 7, 2013
P: Golden yellow with a light haze and a minimal head. S: Really sweet apricots and thats really about it maybe some lemon in there also. T: Again some really sweet apricots, tropical fruits, some candy sugar and oak. M: Thin and very puckery. O: Awsome my favorite one out the five cascade beers that I had. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - FEB 13, 2013
Draft at sb. Pours a murky burnished medium amber with golden brown highlights. Dense creamy white head. Huge piercingly tart apricot nose, with intense lemon and white vinegar compounding the sharpness. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Sharply piercing tartness on the mid palate, balanced by soft fruity notes for complexity. Great beer for sure.

(Growler) Pours a hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of strawberry, yogurt, apricot, and florals. Flavor of strawberry, apricots, and lemon with an oak finish. zizzybalubba (1887) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAY 7, 2012
On tap at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland, OR. (This was listed as Live Barrel Supracot at the brewery). Pale yellow pour. Aroma is surprisingly flowery with only a hint of fruit and is actually somewhat perfume-like. The flavor however is solid; bright apricot taste with a nice balance of tartness and oak. Not as fruity as Cascade’s Apricot in my opinion but still great. Dixonian (1657) - Plano, Texas, USA - MAY 2, 2012
On tap at the barrel house.
Live from the barrel - pours a hazy amber with very little head. Big time apricot aroma and flavor - almost like a jar of fresh jam. Some sweetness and funk - woody and tart.
