No date, but I bought the bottle from the barrel room in 2010. Smells a bit like lemon rind with a bit of funk that’s mildly horseblankety. Taste is more tart lemon and yogurt but there is a weird briney thing going on also. Maybe a bit of white grape juice also, but much less than I remember it being fresh. Reminds me of a a beefed-up tricked-out Berliner weiss.

Flaska från Boxbeer drucken med ölföreningens. Komplext laktosyrligt öl med fina fattoner, vitt vin och druvor. Mycket gott.

Bottle shared at Clink; hazy golden yellow pour with a translucent film of a head, aroma is quite vineous, taste has white grapes, some tart gooseberry, farmhouse funk, nice

Slightly hazy orange color with almost no head. Aroma has unripe stonefruits, lemon but also a vanilla sweetness from the barrel aging. Taste is sour and acidic with unripe fruit notes. Quite refreshing yet intense on the flavors and easy to drink.

750 ml corked and crowned bottle. 2015 vintage. 10.1% ABV. A gusher when uncorked. Honey gold pour is hazy with a brief bubbly white head. Intense sour malt aroma. Flavor is extremely tart with vinous notes. There is a slight hint of oak, though subdued. Sourness levels off in middle. Alcohol is subtle but present. Tart dry finish.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Gusher that pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, wood, oak, tart fruit, white grapes. Flavor is sour, malt, yeast, oak, wet wood, tart fruity, wine, white grapes, little citrus aswell, little alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light acidic finish with a little alcohol warmth. 181017

Bottle at pilsnertests. MASSIVE gusher. Half the bottle on the grass. Hazy orange with a white fizz. White grape aroma with a bit of funk and oak. Taste is very similar with white grapes, oak, light funk. Semi sweet with a strange leather finish.

Well, this one is pretty much as advertised, a sour beer with heavy white wine notes. Not bad, but kinda an oily mouthfeel that I’m not a big fan of.

ArtificialCyst (1406) - Szczecin, POLAND - JUN 21, 2017
Bottle from Browarium. Aroma: Phenolic, brett, lots of white fruit, bit vinegar-ish, barnyard. Appearance: Golden body, low head. Taste: Grapes, fruit, dry, bretts, barnyard, a bit of acetone, champagne, vinegar, sour, with warming builds more and more interesting wine-ish body. Palate: Overcarbonated (came out of the bottle), dry astringent finish, medium body.

heman (1267) - Tychy, POLAND - MAY 12, 2017
Aromat kojarzący się z białym winem musującym, kwaśne żółte owoce, nuty dzikie w postaci wyprawionej skóry, drewna, siana. W smaku kwaśne białe wino, wytrawne, z umiarkowanymi posmakami dzikimi, stajnia, siano.

From a bottle: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is grapes and vibegar and wood. Taste is somewhat bitter wih a nice bit of sourness. More on the bitter and sharp side of the sours spectrum. Good though.
