COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wood aged Pale Quadruppel. Imagine a blend of Scaldis and Cantillon Pure Kriek. Forget it, there is nothing like it (yet). Vlad is shocking to your sour beer senses and taste buds, which do not understand that such a balanced delicate sour beer can be so drinkable and appeal to so many people while being extreme. But dont forget, it will still open a can of 10.6% whoop-ass on your ass after all the pomp & circumstance of what an amazing beer it is subsides.

Bottle shared by Mike. Thanks! This one was a slow gusher! Pours murky orange color with thick pillows for a head. Aroma is a great mix of funk and wild yeast. Has a bit too much carbonation. Only real knock on this great beer. Flavor has such a nice meld of funky barnyard leather goodness and tartness. The combo of how this smells and tastes is what makes this such a great beer. It is just wonderful.

Tap @ Borefts. Malt and roast in the fairly simple aroma. Malty sweet and sour flavor. Vinous, bourbon, vanilla, soft roast. Dried citrus. INtensely sweet, hides the alcohol somewhat.

Tap at Borefts. Deep red to amber colour on the body, clear. Nice fruity aromas, grapes, little bit of caramel too. Taste is nicely balanced between sour and sweet, definitely not as sour as expected. Medium thin body, soft carbonation. Nice one, easy to drink.
