Not too bad, a good crisp flavor. A lot of generic malt flavor that is a little much for my tastes, but not too offensive. I'd drink it again if I had to. muzzlehatch (4970) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 15, 2002
Very light with almost no head; looks thin. Minimal, slightly sour/bitter nose; flavor more malty than hoppy (this is a Pils?), very smooth; smoothness also present in the finish. Very light fruitiness throughout; thirst-quenching and drinkable but not much of a Pils if you ask me. austinpowers (2832) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 7, 2002
An extremely malty pilsener that doesn't have much aroma. Dry and crisp. Rather bitter in the German pilsener style. amx1970390 (480) - Southampton, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 7, 2002
Pours with a bright white head, that quickley goes away. Very low carbonation. Beutiful gold color. Not much to smell, but tastes is quite refreshing. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 8, 2002

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2003 If there is a quintessential beer look it’s a Pilsner/Lager setting in the Pilsner glass, bright translucent gold color, the head about ¾ of an inch in height, bright white in color, the condensation slowly forming drops that slide down the glass.Merc (313) - Pullman, Washington, USA - APR 12, 2002
This beer meets all the prerequisites for that perfect look, limpid gold in color, bright white head, creamy in texture, and a nice filmy sheet of lace, all malt nose, fresh and crisp, with the start malt, lightly sweet, the top skinny in its feel. Finish is purposeful in its acidic bite, the hops present and spicy but not overpowering, quite dry aftertaste, the archetypal summer session beer in my humble opinion that is.
Cloudy golden colour. Nice and sweet with a good dry finish. Very easy drinking. Nice pilsner. Gregory (357) - Pullman, Washington, USA - APR 12, 2002
light crisp distinctive 'pilsner taste' pleasant dry finish. Hard to describe but I do enjoy it. kublai3 (175) - Staten Island, New York, USA - DEC 13, 2001

This was cloudy for reasons I was unable to determine. I didn't see yeast sediment in the bottle, so I'll have to assume chill haze. Otherwise, this tasted like an ESB, not a Pilsner. If you like ESB, this isn't bad - if you're buying this thinking you're going to get Pilsner, you'll be dissapointed.
