Bottle at Als , pours a pinkish red color with small to medium white head. Notes of perfect montmorency cherries, ludens cough drops, cherry skin, oak, kriek. Reminds me of Et tu brute in the first couple years. Incredible

Bottle sample courtesy of Jason, thanks! hazy pinkish red color. Very fruity funky peppery aroma. Taste is lightly tart cherry. Delicious.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2017 bottle shared by tom10101, thanks man. at hoppypocket?s place. pours unclear bright pink-red with a nice pink cap offering some retention and lacing. obvious cherries, medium acidity - almost puckering and sharp citric acid, schaerbeekse reminiscence precisely, red grapes as well, lots of cinnamon and pepper, salt. moderate carboantion, light body - very thin if not watery; firmly tart spicy-herbal-citric finish. nice yet simple and a rather potent acidity level.

9/18/16. Bottle. Thanks, Logan! Red pour with a nice pink head. Awesome aroma, cherry all over the place, cherry pie, sourness. Awesome flavor, sour, cherries, pie, sour, tart. Delish!

Bottle (750 ml), shared at tasting. Thanks to kcherney for this one! Clear salmon-red colour with a small white ring of foam leaving little lacing. Aroma is herbal with cherry cough syrup notes, light funk and fruit sweetness notes. Taste is rather tart - not puckering though - with herbal notes, cherry cough syrup, light funk and a fun minerality. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel. Tart cherries finish. Rather dry. I like the tartness level and the nice funk but the cherries comes a bit too much like cherry cough syrup for me which prevents this beer to be a world-class one.

Pours a lightly hazy red with no head and no lacing. Nose is of cherries and rubber. Taste is of cherries with a good tartness level and ultra dry. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderate. Overall a pretty neat albeit a bit too simple cherry sour.

750 ml bottle to snifter (bottled 3/23/16; shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a cloudy pink grapefruit with white head that dissipates into very thin lacing fairly quickly. Smells and tastes good too; a soft but elegant balance of cherry, oak, cobweb, and dust. Mouthfeel is medium-light to medium-bodied and semi-dry with some nicely balanced tartness. Tasty.

Hazy pink with a pale head. Aroma is cherry, sulphur, funk. Light bodied, tart, fruity and funky on the palate with a dry finish. Taste is cherries, hint of sour candy.
