COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Farmhouse Ale aged in oak barrels. From the Brewer: For this series, we blend whole fresh Colorado fruit together with Saison barrels that were seemingly made for each other. The beer will age on the fruit for weeks, slowly fermenting the sugars in the fruit which results in a farmhouse ale with balanced notes of the fruit used.

djd07 (15651) - Houston, Texas, USA - NOV 13, 2016
Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a hazy white yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is peach flesh, oak, yeast. Thin body, yeast, funk, brett, tart peach, light acidity, very good.

SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - AUG 13, 2016
Bottle shared by adnielsen at RBWG: Poured a hazy yellow with a white colored head. Aroma was sour tart peach with funkiness. Taste was sour fruit up front, but normalized into some softer funk dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Nielsen ! Pours a hazy yellow color with a finger of gaseous foam. Nose is musty and has a layer of sulphur and swamp juice that mingles with juicy peach flesh and a touch of fieldgrass. Palate isn’t quite as swampy as the nose but still has some light moments of butyric funkiness but the juicy fuzzy peach quality mellows it out for another enjoyable Casey offering. Not my favorite of the fruited series but still better than most :)

Bottle at RB Best Awards bottle share, thanks to @@ron, 30/01/16.
Pale yellow with a moderate off white cap.
Nose is big smokey straw, pissy lemon, peach tang, funk.
Taste comprises nice peach layers, damp straw, peach yoghurt, yeast ping, lemon rind, damp hay, funky overtures.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid saison, nice peach notes and well balanced.

callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 20, 2016
Hazy straw colored body, medium to thin white head, spotty lacing. Stanky manure, sulfur, underripe peaches, pool water, and grains. Flavor improves. Medium bodied, moderate acidity, lively carbonation.

PhillyCraft (7982) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 20, 2016
Bottle shared by Eric at Bills. Color was hazy yellow-gold with small white head. Notes are mineral, funky chlorine, tart cherry, but there’s a fair amount of sulfur in this coors inspired product especially in the aroma. Smell was only thing that knocked this one down a good bit.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2016 Bottle @ RBWG 2016. Thanks, Aaron. Hazed golden beer with a white hed. Sour peach yogurt going on here. A touch of sweet vanilla, biscuit, and peach cobbler. Some lemon zest adds a nice brightness. Subtle yeast, apricot skin, and just a touch of funk. Surprisingly simple, but quite nice.

phaleslu (10747) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 25, 2016
750 ml bottle shared by adnielsen at the RB Awards - thanks again, Aaron! Pours a hazy lemon juice color with a tiny white ring for a head. Notes of lemon, wheat, white peach, lime, pineapple, oak, and some funk. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation, tart, wheaty, kind of acetic mouthfeel. Good.

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy shiny pale yellow. Funky aroma with manure, oak, lots of peach. Tart, fruity, funky flavor. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

4.3
deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - JAN 31, 2016
Softly glowing golden peachy pour with no head (too cold). Nose yeasty buggy tart American saison. Some barrel character and a hint of fresh peaches. Not super peachy. A little slick. Tasty and prickly but pretty round. Nice balance of tart and sweet. Short lived taste. Taste is more yeasty buggy mixed fermentation saison and less peach. Fresh almost underripe fleshy peaches. Another top notch Casey.
