UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 On tap at Tap and Handle in Fort Collins. Light cloudy hazy pour. Super funky fruit aroma. Taste is awesome tartness giving way to the fruit. This is amazing stuff. Dogbrick (14389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2017
Sample at What The Funk!? on 10/04/2017. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of oak, peaches, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart peaches, slightly funky yeast, oak and doughy malt. The finish is funky and tart with a peach aftertaste. Good beer overall. At Small Batch Liquors tasting with Troy Casey. Light orange gold, good carbonation. Nose is peach flesh, light pepper and wheat. Taste is lightly sour with good peach flavor, light wheat, limestone minerality. The best of the limited Fruitstand varieties I’ve had.

Hazy straw pour with a white head. The aroma has some cheese and funk with some peaches and yeast. The flavor is fairly funky with a lot of cheese notes. I also get some juicy tart peach, yeast and biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 25, 2015
Bottle @ Aaron’s Wedding Eve Shindig. Hazed light orange colored beer with a tall white head. Smells and tastes more like peach gummy candies than anything. Some citric and yogurt acidity and tang to it, a bit of grass, oak, and light funk. Kind of sweet for my liking. I was expecting this to be my favorite of the bunch, but a letdown for me. cubs (10745) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Bottle shared at my pre-wedding bash with some other RB nerds. Pours a hazy yellow-orange appearance with a thin, off white head. Some acid, peaches / apricots, vanilla, and funk in the nose. Pretty acidic in the mouth. Some cheesy notes to go with the fruit, cobwebs, hay flavor. Not my favorite fruit stand but it was enjoyable to drink. jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 10, 2015
Bottle shared by adnielsen and lenincat. Thanks dudes! Pours a pinkish color with white head. Peach, sour, apricot aromas. Peach, sour, fresh fruit flavors. ClarkVV (7050) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - AUG 8, 2015
Late 2014 750mL bottle from Forgetfu, an incredibly generous extra....shared with Adam and Chris on 7/26/15.
Minimally hazy, soft peachy-golden with some deeper tangerine hues and an initially full white head that slowly recedes to cover.
Holy peach aroma! THAT is exquisite....just the most beautiful, full peach juice, not too sweet, mixed with tart brett and a bit of oakiness/wood. As well, this stuff is about 8-9 months old, so it’s even more impressive given that the fruit character fades rather steadily. Close to a 10 in aroma for me, but maybe just a bit more beer character would do it for me. As is, it’s about a 9.5.
And the flavor...is just a massive, massive letdown. Sigh. Watery, vague, loose carbonation does nothing to counteract the massively thin, undermalted body. I’m no fan of big, malty, full-textured beers but this needs ALOT more body. As well, the slight lack of beer-character compared to the fruit character in the nose can be well-explained by its big lack here in the flavor. No flaws, at least, with clean, peachy flavors and light lactic and oak notes. Very near to a light peach kombucha.....
