Just kinda a beer. Copper colored, nice foamy head, semisweet but a bit astringent. Drinkable and little more.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured an amber color with aromas of light sweetness, malt a land a touch of bitterness. Flavors are the same decent beer overall but once is good enough.

Cask & Larder 90 Shilling is a quaffable brew served in a nice big imperial pint glass. Light malty aroma on a dark amber pour with a decent tan head. Taste is just like the description - slightly sweet but also lightly malty. No special notes detected and the sweetness doesn’t hang on the palate too long. 90 Shilling is good but not a standout in this style.
