COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-Forward India Pale Ale
5 Points is the original name of the intersection in front of Cask & Larder. The beer is an American IPA brewed with a Southern California water profile. Maris Otter base malt with Belgian Cara malts are used for slight sweetness and color. A variety of West Coast hops are also used throughout the brewing process to give a well-rounded hop profile without being overly bitter.

Light on the mouth feel. Great representation of all the hops. Reminiscent of west coast IPAs. Tropical notes slowly fade on the rouge leading to a hoppy clench at the back of the mouth. A good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orlando, Fl - on tap at Cask & Larder. Sparkling, light golden pour, nice sticky bone colored head, solid lacing. Aroma has some spicy notes, a touch of coriander and spruce. Solid flavor, pick up a lot of fruitiness, some mango, a bit of citrus bitterness, some light maple syrup sweetness, Pleasantly thick mouthfeel.

Nice one. Draft at C&L. Fairly complex hop nose, pine resin, tropical fruit (a funky pineapple maybe?), sweat sock, maybe some citrus but less of that. Flavor more resiny, solid malt backbone but it doesn’t get in the way, you’re still mostly thinking about the hops. Balanced finish. Deep amber color.

Growler during RBWG. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head. The aroma is citrus and grass. Medium mouth with nice pine and citrus with light bitterness, very nice.
