Growler during RBWG. Pours a cloudy yellow with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is smoke and lemon zest. Medium mouth with light sourness, wheat, lingering smoke in finish, very good. theisti (4179) - Kansas, USA - DEC 12, 2014
16 oz draft at the brew pub in Winter Park, Florida. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is soft wood smoke, wheat grain and some grass. The taste is clean well integrated flavors of the soft smoke and the wheat notes. The palate is very light bodied, though is certainly not thin. The carbonation is active with a clean dry softly smoky finish. Nice Grätzer, super easy drinking. jcwattsrugger (12517) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 17, 2013

Growler… RBWG 2013… Clear yellow pour with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma of smoked meat, sausage and grainy wheat. Light-bodied with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is smoky, grainy and tilts toward the bitter side of balance. Lengthy, medium-bitter finish. Growler courtesy of TheCheeseMan! HonusWagner (2218) - Florida, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Growler at RBWG, an unusual offering to say the least. Sparkling yellow color, easily confused for an American macro lager, and then you smell it and it’s like a punch of smoked malty goodness. Not sure how anyone could session this, but it’s pretty darn tasty in a taster.

Yellow pour, white head. Hops, smoke, lagerishness...odd right? Yeah. But actually quite tasty. Bonus points for recreating this style. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2013
Growler at RBWG Grand Tasting and on draft at Cask and Larder. This one was outstanding. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is big earthy and somewhat bandaidy smoke with light wheat and bread with hints of sausage. Flavor follows with a huge smoky presence like kielbasa meets campfire followed by some light bread. Light in body and sessionable as hell. Outstanding beer. tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - MAR 16, 2013
Sample at the Hunahpu’s Day. Pours pale clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is smoked ham hoppy malty. Flavor is dry clear hoppy; excellent session beer. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Flight pour on tap at the brewpub (Winter Park, FL). Pours a nice yellow straw hue, faint haziness, a bit more pale and straw, grainy yellow hue. Frothy whitish head atop dies to a good film, laces pretty well. Aromas are mellow yet growing smoked bready malts, gentle meat, wood, and campfire meets bread, gentle grainy elements, some straw. Touches of earth, more mellow campfire really compliments well, a decent smokiness pulls me in. Initial is lighter end of the fold, a touch bitter and grainy up front. Bready, straw, some decent smoky bread, earth, and gentle woodiness. Mellow bready malts, straw, some bitterness and florals as we round the corner. A more dry finish, cereal and clean as far as sweetness. Lighter body with a pleasant smokiness still lingering, gentle campfire, smoked wood and grain, mellow meatiness. Quite pleasant, smaller maltbill but some good pleasant flavors, dry crisp finish, decent bitterness. Quite a solid sessioner. rbrazell (1698) - Florida, USA - MAR 12, 2013
Draft at Hunaphu Day. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Smokey, salty, sour and grainy aroma with touches of spices. Lots of smoke and salinity in the flavor with lemon warheads and graininess. Very interesting.
