On draft at Huna Day 13’. This one was just too strange for me. Too smokey and it smelled pretty much like sausage/brats. I’m sure a lot of people dig it but it’s just not for me. SudsMcDuff (8541) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAR 6, 2013

Growler at RBWG Grand Tasting. Clear, light yellow pour with a massive white head. Nose is apple, a tad skunky and lightstruck. Taste is mildly smokey, apple, paper. Clean, very light palate. TURDFERGUSON (4068) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - FEB 26, 2013
Growler at rbwg, shared by cheesedman. I enjoy these smokey sours, but I am well aware they are not for everyone. Lots of lemon, smoke, light grassiness and biscuity malt. Another fun one from C&L. Look forward to visiting the brewery someday. burg326 (5630) - Florida, USA - FEB 25, 2013
Growler shared at RBWG, poured a light hazy yellow color with aromas of light smoke, sour wheat, and touch of bacon. Flavors arw the same light on the palate, not the best style of beer for me but this is one of the better ones.

Growler at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear yellow with a light, white foam head. Definite smoke in the nose, some grass and white bread. Light sweet flavor with dry straw, biscuits, background smoke. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, more biscuity pale malts, lingering smoke, tasty stuff. Pretty novel and easily drinkable, sloshgator (770) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 20, 2013
Cask & Larder Grätzer is a good attempt but this locally brewed draft did not meet my expectations. The beer comes out in a large pint glass with a light amber color and a large foamy head. There was a little yeast aroma. The initial taste is a pronounced oak smoked malt with a little yeast character, but that flavor is quickly blown away with a harsh hop bitterness. While I am a big fan of the oak smoked flavor, I thought the flavor was too strong in this beer. The final product was interesting on some level, but overall not very enjoyable.
